Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Workshop with Carol Prentice
E.F.T. or “Emotional Freedom Technique” is a natural healing aid that is used to…
* Release negative emotions past and present
* Establish stress free living & find peace within
* Acheive what you desire & deserve
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a psychological, needle free version of acupressure that is based on the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupressure wherein we stimulate certain energy meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips while focusing on a negative emotion such as fear, anxiety or frustration. The relief from the negative emotion is felt after a few minutes of tapping and continuous tapping can install new positive feelings instead. Properly done, this can reduce the therapeutic process from months or years down to a few sessions. Since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides physical relief as well. EFT can be used for emotional issues including stress, anger, fear, frustration, anxiety, depression and trauma. Other uses include pain, chronic diseases, physical issues, weight loss and addictions. Private EFT Sessions and Group Workshops will be offered here at ATTCH. Please see www.attch.org for Carol’s Bio.
