This experiential workshop will teach participants how to safely and effectively integrate self-compassion and emotional nurturance work into their practice in a way that builds greater self-awareness, authenticity, and agency over emotions for themselves as the clinician as well as the clients they work with. The concept of building tolerance to hold positive affective states, overcoming shame and other challenges, and a review of our self-compassion art journalling group and individual program will be included.

This training is scheduled for July 18, 2017 1-4 as part of our summer conference series. Location to be confirmed.

PART 2* ITATM & CTIC TRAUMA & ATTACHMENT CERTIFICATION TRAINING:

$1000.00+ HST includes: 3 days (20 hours) of training: didactic lectures with supplementary handouts, live or pre-recorded demonstrations of the model, 7-8 small group hours of supervised practicum using the model as both therapist and client, a complete protocol and training manual, and supplementary resources.

This 3-day training fulfills the part 2 training requirements to become a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician.

This 3-day training fulfills the part 2 training requirements for certification in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model and is a pre-requisite for the part 3 ITATM advanced training.

Lunch and snacks are also included. A discounted hotel rate is also available.

1) Must have completed ITATM part 1 in order to complete this training.

2) Must have graduate level or higher degree Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry or a related field.
